Balders plass is a new housing project, inspired by functionalism. The six high end apartments are located in an established and attractive quarter in Frogner, Oslo. On street level it will house restaurants, and be a meeting point for the residents in the area.
The building and the square completes an old plan for the area from 1937, and the new architecture of Balders Plass will seamlessly fit into the square, as if it had always been there.
We developed a visual identity that reflects the architecture of the building, and tells the story of the square and the surrounding buildings.
